- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies aligned with company objectives, ensuring brand cohesion and consistency across all channels.
- Retail Event Activations and Trade Shows: Oversee a marketing team to plan, coordinate, and execute retail event activations and trade shows to increase brand visibility, drive sales, and foster customer engagement.
- Web Content Creation: Oversee the development of compelling and engaging web content that resonates with our target audience and reinforces our brand identity.
- Social Media Management: Lead social media strategy, content creation, and community management efforts to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and foster brand advocacy.
- Influencer Marketing and Seeding: Develop and manage relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify brand reach and generate authentic advocacy.
- Public Relations: Drive PR initiatives to secure media coverage, manage press relations, and enhance brand reputation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with senior leadership, sales leadership, and merchandising leaders to ensure alignment of brand marketing efforts with overall business goals and strategies.
- Work to provide custom assets with digital agency for Sales Team for account activation.
- Budget Management: Manage the brand marketing budget effectively, optimizing resources to achieve maximum ROI.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a high-performing brand marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 8 years of experience brand marketing with a proven track record of driving successful strategies and campaigns.
- Licensed apparel experience highly preferred.
- Experience in retail event activations, trade shows, web content creation, social media management, influencer marketing, seeding, and public relations.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence cross-functional teams.
- Proven leadership abilities, with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
