Your Contribution:

  • Resolve client billing problems, identify issues attributing to account delinquency and escalate to manager as needed.
  • Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure credits and collections are applied, uncollectible amounts are accounted for, and miscellaneous differences are cleared.
  • Work with internal AR support team to ensure cash is posted correctly per the customer direction and any unapplied cash is identified and posted timely.

Your Qualification:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Accounts Receivables Collections.
  • Must be able to commute to the office 5 days a week.
  • Strong problem solving, and analytical skills required.
  • Ability to work independently and to adapt to a fastchanging environment.
  • Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, resolve complex problems with mínimal guidance and must have attention to detail with an eye for accuracy.
