Your Contribution:

Resolve client billing problems, identify issues attributing to account delinquency and escalate to manager as needed.
Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure credits and collections are applied, uncollectible amounts are accounted for, and miscellaneous differences are cleared.
Work with internal AR support team to ensure cash is posted correctly per the customer direction and any unapplied cash is identified and posted timely.

Your Qualification:

Minimum of 5 years' experience in Accounts Receivables Collections.
Must be able to commute to the office 5 days a week.
Strong problem solving, and analytical skills required.
Ability to work independently and to adapt to a fastchanging environment.
Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce is preferred but not required.
Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, resolve complex problems with mínimal guidance and must have attention to detail with an eye for accuracy.
