Responsibilities:

Manage Dental supplies and equiptment

Assist the dentist during dental procedures.

Maintain patient records and update patient information.

Sterilize dental instruments and equipment.

Prepare patients for treatment.

Provide patient education on oral hygiene and preventive care.

Take X-rays and Intraoral imaging.

Provide chair-side assistance to the dentist during dental procedures.

Keep the dental office clean and organized.


BaySmiles is a Dental Start up providing Routine Cosmetic and Emergency dental services to patients in Bayside Queens. We provide personal dental care to patients who otherwise would have to wait possibly days for routine hygeine care or emergency care. BaySmiles also provides non-emergency cosmetic dentistry and general dental care.


Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of experience in a dental office setting preferred.
• Must be proficient in the use of modern technology systems (eg Open Dental, Dexis, and 3d scanner).
• Must be friendly, dependable, organized, and detailed oriented with a customer service orientation.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
• Dental Assisting required (3 year experience)

Pay:
Up to $25.00 per hour
