Position Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist delivers sourcing and recruiting solutions to continue to grow ODL as a "Great Place to Work". The Talent Acquisition Specialist partners with hiring managers to understand the business needs; then builds, executes, and monitors successful recruiting processes.

Responsibilities:

Acts as a process owner for hiring and attraction programs
Plans and conducts recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
Performs sourcing to fill open positions in anticipation of future needs
Leads the Talent Acquisition components of the Employer Value Proposition
Provides oversight of key vendor relationships
Collect and analyze data to understand needs, identify areas for improvement, diagnose issues, and define pragmatic solutions.
Conducts research and networks to identify best practices and support continuous improvement.
Provides coaching and training to support hiring managers

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or relevant field
3+ years' experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
Applicant Tracking System experience (Workday a plus)
Ability to effectively influence, build trust, communicate, and interact with all levels of the organization
Exceptional organizational, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
