Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven field marketing manager to join our team. He is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services in the field. Primary goal will be to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and foster strong relationships with customers and partners.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute field marketing plans in alignment with overall marketing strategies
Identify target markets and create strategies to engage potential Customers in those areas
Organize and participate in events, tradeshows, and exhibitions to showcase products and services
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors' activities
Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and support their efforts through marketing initiatives
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors
Analyze marketing data to optimize future marketing and Sales strategies
Brief sales representatives on sales targets within a specific time frame and guide them at every step in order to help them achieve those targets
Improve brand awareness in the designated territory to bring in more sales for the company
Keep an eye on the sales activity of competitors and plan strategies to stay ahead of them
Report to the head of sales of the company about the ongoing sales activity and achievement metrics
Execute company-wide efforts and design innovative tactics specific to the territory to meet or surpass predetermined sales targets
Discover business opportunities and improve sales strategies, analyze market trends, customer information, and competitor data
Cultivate and maintain positive connections with clients and important accounts
Requirements:
Proven experience in Sales and marketing in a similar role (Preferably in the oil and gas domain and Manufacturing pressure parts , Heat Exchanger ) from 5 to 10 years of experience
Willing to travel across India
BE, B.Sc, or MBA in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline
Strong understanding of marketing and Sales principles and techniques
Ability to multitask, priorities and manage time effectively
Proficiency in MSOffice and knowledge of job-related software are pluses
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, as required
A good understanding of market research techniques
Knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
Familiarity with social media and web analytic
Excellent communication, Interpersonal skills and People skills
Language proficiency is must in Hindi, English and knowing multiple languages are an added advantage
