Your tasks will include:

Preparation, organization, and administration of patient admissions, transfers, and discharges
Processing incoming and outgoing mail, phone calls
Advising pregnant women on organizational questions
Close cooperation with the delivery room and postpartum ward
Appointment scheduling for various consultations
Clarification for patients with unclear insurance coverage
Patient service (reception and forwarding, processing customer inquiries, information about the hospital's services)
Computer-controlled patient admission and care management
