We are currently seeking a
Production Team Leader to join their team on a full-time basis.

What you will do:


  • Technical and disciplinary leadership of employees in the department
  • Responsibility for a production area
  • Product and process optimization
  • Ensuring timely completion of products while adhering to given standards
  • Coordination of production staff
  • Crossdepartmental collaboration and coordination
  • Support in budgeting, forecasting, and capacity planning
  • Handling of production technology and equipment

What you bring:


  • Completed training in the metal processing/technical field with advanced training, such as an industrial master's degree in metal or a comparable qualification
  • Relevant professional experience, including leadership and management experience
  • Extensive knowledge in the area of metal processing
  • Good SAP knowledge
  • Knowledge of English is an advantage
