As part of our team in the field of personnel development, starting in February for at least 6 months, two fixed days per week, for a maximum of 19.5 hours per week, support all KPMG employees in their professional and personal development.

**Your tasks

As a working student (m/f/d) in personnel development, you have completed at least three semesters of studies in (business) psychology, adult/ business education, business administration, social sciences or a comparable field with a focus on personnel.
Ideally, you have experience in planning and organizing events.
You are creative and enjoy designing, as well as handson implementation of ideas.
In addition, you have good Excel skills and an affinity for data and analysis.
Your good PowerPoint skills, as well as your conscientious and careful work style, team orientation and willingness to take on responsibility round off your qualifications.
