    Position Overview

    New Grad Field Service Engineer


    As a New Grad Field Service Engineer, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for providing on-site technical support, conducting maintenance tasks, troubleshooting electrical systems, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

    Responsibilities

    On-Site Technical Support:
    Collaborate with experienced field service engineers to provide on-site technical assistance for electrical systems, including installations and testing.

    Equipment Maintenance:
    Perform routine maintenance tasks and inspections to guarantee the optimal performance and compliance of electrical equipment.

    Troubleshooting:
    Utilize your problem-solving skills to diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions, ensuring minimal downtime for our clients.

    Client Interaction:


    Engage with clients in a professional and customer-centric manner, addressing inquiries, providing technical expertise, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

    Requirements
    Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field:
