Key Responsibilities:

Plan, implement, and evaluate highquality educational activities that align with early learning standards.
Regularly assess the development of children, adapting curriculum to meet individual needs.
Ensure a nurturing classroom atmosphere that is safe and conducive to learning.
Establish and maintain frequent communications with parents and guardians, providing updates on child development and daily activities.
Participate actively in staff meetings, professional development, and training workshops.
Effectively manage classroom resources and ensure all materials are available and in good condition.
Monitor children consistently to guarantee their safety and general wellbeing.
Work collaboratively with other staff members to maintain a smooth operation within the learning environment.

Qualifications:

Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or a closely related field is required; a Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
At least 2 years of direct experience teaching preschoolaged children.
CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
Familiarity with the educational and safety regulations of childcare.
Demonstrable knowledge of preschool educational methods and practices.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Physical ability to engage in activities with young children.
A strong passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering educational success.
