Baseball Camp and Clinic Coordinator Position:
Plan, Manage, Market and Oversee all aspects of baseball and softball camps/clinics.

You must be present for these events and as such, you will receive a monthly stipend and a percentage of the net revenue from each camp and clinic as per outlined below.

Baseball Camps/Clinics:
Plan, develop, execute all camps and clinics.

• Build monthly, quarterly and annual calendar of camp and clinic offerings
• Marketing and camp promotion
• Schedule Instructors for Camps and attach in Hub
• Put all Campers in groups by age
• Give instructors a plan for the camp

• Attend and over-see all Camps
• Provide owner with a P&L of every camp.

Weekly Responsibilities:

• Attend Monday noon staff meeting with GM, Asst GM and basebll/softball director
• Attend Tuesday staff meeting
• Post a minimum of 2x per week on social media for camp related content
• Update database in Constant Contact and segment by age/gender
• Upload new flyers to fire stick and replace/refresh throughout facility
