Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Current license as a registered nurse (RN)
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and clinical documentation improvement processes
- Familiarity with HEDIS measures and quality improvement initiatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with healthcare professionals at all levels
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement strategies for process improvement
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Oversee and manage the operations of a nursing home or medical office
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to improve clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff, promoting a positive work environment
- Conduct regular meetings to address operational issues, review performance metrics, and implement improvement strategies
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and advancements in healthcare technology
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient records and clinical documentation improvement initiatives
Note:
Critical care experience or previous experience as a doctor is highly desirable but not mandatory for this position.
