- Handling billing, payroll, and reporting tasks
- Efficiently scheduling staff and patients
- Leading recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes for administrative and clinical staff
- Managing employee and client relationships
- Maintaining financial health based on key performance indicators
- Ensuring a safe and functional facility
- Effective communication with staff, patients, and families
- Represent our company professionally and ethically to internal and external stakeholders
- Uphold company standards and values
- Implement and enforce company policies and mission
- Create a positive work culture and engage the staff
- Supervise daily operations to ensure satisfaction
- Provide mentorship and career development to staff
- Schedule clients and staff efficiently
- Partner with Clinical Supervisor for high satisfaction scores
- Utilize business systems and technology effectively
- Track data and prepare management reports
- Manage client rosters and budgets
- Lead outreach efforts for growth and community relationships
- Improve KPIs, patient and staff retention, and division growth
- Maintain privacy and safety standards
- Meet regularly with upper management
- Attend trainings and meetings
- Perform other assigned duties
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 2-4 years' management experience required
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Ability to work independently
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to prioritize and execute effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills
