Description

We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our team!

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of their assigned center, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Responsibilities include:

Handling billing, payroll, and reporting tasks
Efficiently scheduling staff and patients
Leading recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes for administrative and clinical staff
Managing employee and client relationships
Maintaining financial health based on key performance indicators
Ensuring a safe and functional facility
Effective communication with staff, patients, and families

Key Responsibilities:

Represent our company professionally and ethically to internal and external stakeholders
Uphold company standards and values
Implement and enforce company policies and mission
Create a positive work culture and engage the staff
Supervise daily operations to ensure satisfaction
Provide mentorship and career development to staff
Schedule clients and staff efficiently
Partner with Clinical Supervisor for high satisfaction scores
Utilize business systems and technology effectively
Track data and prepare management reports
Manage client rosters and budgets
Lead outreach efforts for growth and community relationships
Improve KPIs, patient and staff retention, and division growth
Maintain privacy and safety standards
Meet regularly with upper management
Attend trainings and meetings
Perform other assigned duties

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required
Bachelor's Degree preferred
2-4 years' management experience required
Healthcare experience preferred

Work Environment:

Involves working both in an office setting and occasional travel. Transportation may include automobile and plane.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to work in various environments
Will involve frequent movement and interaction with patients
Ability to monitor and respond to patient behaviors
Will require some lifting and physical activity
Available to work indoors and outdoors
Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs.
