Job Description:
Manage all accounting transactions.
Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
Identify alternative / new products in the market, undertake cost -benefit analysis and present to the management.
Handle end to end procurement of the assigned material and ensure timely delivery of materials at sites and timely payment to suppliers.
Control Inventory by optimizing lot size and reducing delivery lead time.
Communication, coordination, and project purchase management with vendors for exterior and interior remodeling.
Transfer excess dead stock to other job sites.
Create Relationships with vendor by finding out their performance from market and undertake joint
Effective coordination with all sites. Regular site visits.
Create strong networking within and outside the organization.
Special projects and/or other duties as assigned.
Continuous monitoring, review & taking timely corrective action to achieve the targets.
Negotiate or renegotiate and administer contracts with vendors.
Administer bidding process and contracts (e.g. prepare specifications, evaluate bids, recommend, vendors, etc.)
Training and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, economics or related field required.
Minimum of five years of work experience in purchasing related field preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, etc.), purchasing software, quickbooks and Resman.
Proven capability of effectively organizing, motivating and developing people in a complex, matrix-managed organization.
*Compensation is commensurate with experience.
