- $500 Hiring Bonus *$250 paid out after 90 days of employment and $250 paid out after 6 months of employment
- 3 Week Vacation and 40 hours Sick/Personal Time available after 90day probation period (Prorated through the year based on start date)

Role Summary/Purpose
The employee in this role will have to be self-driven and manage their own time. The operator will be required to perform each of the tasks below in a safe and timely manner.
Essential Responsibilities
- Operates plate and floor Wash
- Operates Chip/Spin/Spiro as needed
- Uses all unit supplementary equipment as needed
- Moves all parts in outgoing queues
- Maintains housekeeping in area
- Dumps full gaylords of chips in appropriate locations
- Maintains numerical and written records
- Performs frequent heavy lifting
- Drives fork truck as required—moves material throughout shop floor
- Performs basic SAP transactions
- Complies with all LOTO training requirements, policies, and procedures
- Replenishes empty box locations
- Replenishes empty dolly locations
- Unloads trucks at the receiving dock when necessary
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED
- Eligibility Requirements:
- Willingness and ability to obtain fork truck training/certification
Desired Characteristics
- Good safety, attendance and performance record
- Able to interpret shop blueprints
- Able to interpret MOSs
- Able to do arithmetic and basic shop math
- Use standard measuring instruments
- Work with minimum supervision
- Communicate effectively
- Works well with others
