To competently support our team, we are currently looking for a dedicated

Service Technician (m/f/d) in a permanent position in the Northern Bavaria region (ideally Bayreuth or Bamberg)

In direct collaboration with customers, you will be responsible for all service activities (e.g. repairs, installations, maintenance, device shipping) and customer inquiries in the designated region, working closely with adjacent departments (local sales teams, service admin, etc.).

What you will accomplish:

  • You will be the contact person for all technical customer inquiries in your region and understand the requirements and needs of your customers
  • You will independently carry out all service activities from installation to maintenance, upgrades, diagnostics, and emergency repairs at our customers' sites
