Description
As UX Managers for Farmington Hills and the OTTO App, we are part of the Customer Analytics & UX Management department and view things from the perspective of the users and develop solutions that meet their needs. Our task is to generate insights about user behavior (e.g. through usability tests, online surveys, or research studies) and incorporate them into the development of Farmington Hills and the OTTO App. We work closely with UX designers, analysts, and product managers in cross-functional teams.

Many talk about "home office" - we talk about "mobile work": As a department, we have our team day on campus every Wednesday and also have a joint workshop on site once a quarter. Otherwise, everyone decides for themselves when and how often they come to campus.

Your Impact

  • You create interview guides and conduct user tests in our in-house usability lab.
  • You support in creating and evaluating online surveys.
  • You process insights and data material in the form of presentations and derive recommendations for action.
  • You observe the market in terms of trends, innovations, and best practices.
  • You independently work on your own small UX project, such as generating insights and implementing them in teams on the topic of gamification.
