Strategic Purchaser (m/f/d) Procurement and Supply, Strategic Purchasing Department

To strengthen our team in the Technology and Business Division in the Procurement and Supply Department, Strategic Purchasing Department , we are looking for a Strategic Purchaser (m/f/d) at our Dresden-Friedrichstadt location, starting as soon as possible on a permanent full-time basis. Your new challenge:

Ensuring the optimal procurement process for non-investment needs, especially for services and medical supplies
Monitoring and controlling completed procurement processes as well as contracts during the operation of investments
Vendor and category management to ensure supply and best possible cost structures
Management of cost reduction programs
Implementation of category strategies in the non-investment area

Your convincing profile:

Successfully completed relevant university education, preferably in business administration, health economics, health management or a comparable degree
Knowledge of procurement procedures in public procurement (VOB, VOL, VOF procedures) as well as procurement law
Very good MS Office skills in the MS Windows operating system
Good knowledge of ERP systems
Good knowledge of English
Communication and teamwork skills, independence, negotiation skills
Analytical and conceptual thinking skills
