What to expect in this role at Hilltop Lakes
- Design and construction of complex components such as motor spindles, NC rotary tables, and tool changing systems
- Taking responsibility for the design of new solutions, from concept to prototype to approval for serial production
- Creating technical specifications and coordinating requirements with sales
- Calculating and dimensioning components
- Providing technical support during the assembly and testing phase of functional models and prototypes
- Coordinating with suppliers and overseeing serial production
Qualifications and skills required
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
- Previous experience in design and development, preferably in a related field
- Creativity, flexibility, resilience, and strong assertiveness
- Ability to work independently and with attention to detail
- Proficiency in CAD systems
