What you will do:

  • General office tasks such as mail processing
  • Correspondence via email and telephone
  • Maintenance and management of documents, data, and files
  • Managing inventory and placing orders
  • Supporting the team in administrative and organizational matters
  • Appointment coordination and management for the team and management
  • Creating and editing documents, presentations, and reports
  • Preparation and follow-up of events
