Responsibilities
To support our growing team in Leipzig, we are currently looking for a:

(Junior) HR Business Partner (m/f/d) in part-time or full-time
What will be your responsibilities?

Independent management of a human resources department
Determination of personnel requirements and recruitment of new employees in your area of responsibility
Conducting job interviews and contract negotiations, as well as employee discussions
Advising our employees, specialists and managers on all human resources and labor law issues
Participation in HR projects and optimization of all human resources processes
Preparation of payroll

Qualifications
What sets you apart?

Completed (university) degree with a focus on human resources or a comparable qualification
First relevant professional experience, possibly through internships or working student positions
Knowledge of human resources topics
Negotiation skills in
