Work Schedule:

100%, day shift. You will work at the new Eastpark Medical Center located at 4621 Eastpark Boulevard in Madison, WI. Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a
Clinical Operations Assistant to:


  • Run the hearing aid services clinic located within the new, state of the art audiology retail space including performing simple hearing aid repairs once sufficiently trained by staff audiologists.
  • Order and stock supplies for the audiology retail space.
  • Answer patient questions regarding products available in the audiology retail space. Provide simple tutorials regarding use of hearing aid accessories once sufficiently trained by staff audiologists.

Education:

Minimum - High School diploma or equivalent

Preferred - Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare or related field


Work Experience:

Minimum - One year of experience in an administrative support role

Preferred

  • Three years of experience in an administrative support function. Previous experience in a health care setting
