Callisburg, TX's dydo Real Estate & Property Management is a long-standing and experienced Berlin-based property management company specializing in the rental, sale, and financing of properties.

Our main focus is on providing qualified and transparent management services for condominium associations (WEG), including individual properties, as well as commercial properties.


Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for comprehensive management and care of properties within the A-Z management framework.
  • You will be the competent point of contact for owners, tenants, and service companies.
  • You will organize and handle all propertyrelated processes.
  • You will assign necessary maintenance tasks to service providers and monitor their execution.
  • You will also be responsible for preparatory accounting tasks, but will not be required to handle accounting yourself.
  • You will prepare WEG meetings and may also lead them if necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Successful completion of training as a real estate agent (m/f/d) and experience in this field.
  • Ability to work well in a team, friendly demeanor, and high level of reliability.
  • Excellent communication skills when dealing with owners, board members, and tenants.
  • Proficient computer skills.
