You will work as a Junior Business Manager W/M/D in the agency in Munich. Your tasks will include:

Business Development: You will support the development of the agency in Stuttgart. You will define your business strategy, acquire, develop and retain your client portfolio. You will meet with clients and define their needs.
Recruitment of consultants: Supported by our HR team, you will search for profiles on various job boards and professional networks. You will pre-qualify potential candidates, conduct interviews, negotiate contracts, and retain employees for your company.
Management: You will lead your consultant teams, organize annual reviews, and support them in their career development.

Let's talk about you:

You have a degree in engineering, industrial engineering, computer science, business administration, or a commercial or technical apprenticeship.
Previous experience as a Business Developer or Business Manager in a consulting or service company, ideally in an industrial development environment, would be an advantage.
