  • Conducting blood group determinations and compatibility tests as well as managing the blood bank; validation, equipment maintenance, and calibration according to SOPs
  • Conducting quality control measurements and plausibility checks on the available data
  • Preparing reports
  • Processing samples
  • Participation in shift work (including night and weekend shifts)
  • You have completed training as a Medical-Technical Laboratory Assistant (m/f/d)
  • You demonstrate commitment, resilience, and maintain a cool head even in hectic situations
  • You are characterized by a high level of reliability and sense of responsibility, as well as an independent, careful, and structured way of working
  • You are a team-oriented person who convinces with excellent communication skills and a high level of service/customer orientation
