- Minimum Years of Experience: 3 years
- Minimum Degree Status: Graduate Degree (Must still be enrolled in an accredited graduate degree program (MBA, MHA, MPH, MA or MS) in Fall of 2023 and graduate by Summer of 2024)

- MBA, MHA, MPA, MPH, MPP, MA, or MS or a similar graduate degree is preferred
- Previous consulting experience is preferred
- Knowledge of Business Analytics software Access, SAS or R, and/or SQL
- Strong knowledge of and application of healthcare research resources
- Understanding of market/financial analysis in context of healthcare payer needs
- Strong quantitative and organizational skills
- Must be able to demonstrate written and oral communication and presentation skills
- Excellent quantitative analysis skills
- Facility with and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Ability to translate data into graphic or visual representations
- Heavy travel (east coast to west coast) may be required, depending on client assignment

Our experts assist clients in financial budgeting and reporting, rate development and value-based payment, supplemental payments, waiver neutrality, and cost sharing.
Senior Consultants have responsibility for client management, solution implementation and generation of project results. You will own project workstreams and interact with the client daily to ensure engagement success. This includes supporting day-to-day operational meetings with client sponsors and consulting leaders. Senior Consultants are expected to prepare and communicate well-organized, effective reports and presentations to client and internal executives. You will lead, coach and mentor consultants and ensure quality deliverables.We encourage career development and hiring for the long term.
As a Senior Consultant, you will follow a clearly defined career path and continue to deepen your specialized industry knowledge and consulting skills.
As you hone your project management skills, leadership abilities and the aptitude for managing multiple workstreams, you will have the opportunity to progress to the Managing Consultant level.

The annual salary range for this position is $94,900.00-$142, Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
