Responsibilities:

  • After a successful training period, you will support and be responsible for the professional handling of customer inquiries by phone and email.
  • You impress with your expert advice and support customers with order processing.
  • You develop sustainable and promising sales strategies with your team.

Qualifications:

  • You have already gained some experience in customer service.
  • You have excellent written and spoken German skills.
  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship.
  • You are a communication talent, enjoy telephone customer contact, are goaloriented, and have negotiation skills.
