Job Summary:

As the HR Director for Altair in Germany, Nordics, Benelux & Austria, you will serve as a strategic partner to sales, tech, development, and corporate functions. You will provide guidance and support on HR strategies, employee relations, and talent management to attract and retain top talent. This role reports to Altair's Chief People Officer and has a dotted line to the Country Manager for Germany, Nordics, Benelux & Austria. The position is based in Böblingen, Germany, with occasional travel to support local office needs.
