About the Position...


Under the direction of the Chief Community Development Officer (CCDO), the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) Officer is responsible for developing, implementing and administering all aspects of the Community Reinvestment Act Compliance Program.

This position is responsible for ensuring that the Bank operates in compliance with all CRA and Fair Lending laws and regulations, and that the Bank receives a Satisfactory rating in all categories and assessment areas in all audits and exams.

This position works closely with the CCDO to maintain and expand the Bank's current CRA program, as well as the annual CRA goals.

The CRA Officer will recommend and implement action plans in order to achieve those said goals, as well as establish, participate and maintain relationships with community-based, charitable, and non-profit organizations.

The CRA Officer recommends, develops and implements programs to ensure the Bank meets the needs of the communities it serves, and attains established CRA compliance goals.

The CRA Officer advises the CCDO of emerging CRA issues to ensure objectives are maintained. The position will perform all duties accurately, timely and efficiently and according to Bank policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines.

The CRA Officer will train all bank personnel on CRA related topics, as well as chair various CRA related committees as assigned.

This position will assist the CCDO with other duties and projects as assigned.

Education/Certification:
Requires Bachelor's Degree in Business Economics or equivalent work experience in related field.


Required Knowledge:
Thorough understanding of CRA Related Compliance laws and regulations.


Experience Required:
Three to five years prior CRA experience preferred.
