About the role:

This position is for a case manager/customer service Associate.

As a case manager, you will be the communication bridge between clients and tax professional.

You will update and answer clients on their cases daily and collect documents/prepare documents for tax professionals to finalize clients' cases.

Job Duties:

• Serving as the point of contact between our clients and the Tax Professionals working on their tax services, such as resolution and tax prep.
• Communicate with clients regularly to provide case updates and ensure a healthy and positive client relationship.
• Preparation of IRS/State resolution documents
• Make/receive customer service type calls and provide an exceptional experience for our clients
• Work alongside Tax Professionals and other departments to ensure a smooth process for all parties

Qualifications:

• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills (written & verbal) skills
• A strong multitasker with superior organizational skills
• Positive Personality and Friendly disposition
• Proficient Computer skills
• Team player with a strong work ethic
• Self-Motivated, Willingness to learn & grow

Job Type:
Full-time


Salary:
$18.00/hr + Depending on Experience
