  • Take on project work in the area of industrial engineering as a sub-project leader for new and series projects
  • Be responsible for process development and implementation as part of the overall project industrialization across the production chain from individual parts to finished products
  • Be responsible for planning, specification, procurement, and industrialization of all machinery/automation equipment and operating resources for product manufacturing
  • Be responsible for the development and implementation of new technologies and techniques

  • Have a degree or training in engineering/technology with a focus on plastic technology, mechanical engineering, or production technology
  • Possess teamwork, creativity, assertiveness, and above-average commitment
  • Have experience in project management, tool and production planning
  • Have solid computer skills (MS Office, AutoCAD) and MTM with UAS/REFA
  • Preferably speak good English and have fluent German language skills
