Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
• Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure quality care
• Educate patients and their families on disease processes, treatment plans, and preventive measures
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records

Skills:

• RN license in the state of Texas
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in pediatric nursing but training is offered for newgraduate nurses.
• Strong knowledge of pediatric diseases, conditions, and treatments
• Excellent assessment and critical thinking skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
