    Description

    As a Pricing Manager, you will play an important role in optimizing the pricing strategy for our AccuLynx products. You will be responsible for conducting thorough market analysis, evaluating competitive landscapes, and assessing customer needs to develop pricing models that maximize profitability, while ensuring customer satisfaction and market competitiveness. Your insights and recommendations will directly impact our revenue growth and market positioning.

    • Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to understand industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive pricing strategies. Utilize data-driven insights to identify pricing opportunities and potential threats.
    • Pricing Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, sales, finance and marketing to develop and refine pricing strategies that align with business objectives. Evaluate various pricing models and recommend the most effective approach for different customer segments.
    • Competitive Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitors pricing strategies, product offerings, and market positioning. Identify areas of competitive advantage and develop strategies to capitalize on market opportunities.
    • Price Optimization: Continuously analyze pricing performance and customer feedback to optimize pricing structures. Implement pricing experiments and A/B tests to evaluate the impact of pricing changes on key performance indicators.
    • Forecasting and Reporting: Develop pricing forecasts and models to support revenue projections and financial planning. Generate regular reports and presentations to communicate pricing insights, performance metrics, and recommendations to key stakeholders.
    • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales to develop pricing proposals for key accounts and strategic deals. Provide guidance and support to sales leadership on pricing negotiations and discounting strategies.
    • Product Packaging and Bundling: Collaborate with product management to develop product packaging and bundling strategies that maximize value for customers while driving revenue growth. Analyze customer segmentation and usage patterns to tailor pricing and package offerings to specific market segments.
    • Other: Monitor, protect and improve pricing margin. Coordinate pricing process and provide price negotiations support along with managing price policies and guidelines ensuring approval process, data maintenance/quality in all processes and systems.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, or related field. Masters degree preferred.
    • 5+ years of experience in pricing analysis, revenue management, or related roles, preferably in the SaaS industry.
    • Prior experience in FP&A.
    • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques. Experience with SQL, Excel and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau) preferred.
    • Deep understanding of pricing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex pricing concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Proven track record of driving business results through effective pricing strategies and initiatives.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
    • Must work in one of the following states: IL, CO, MI, MD, FL, TX, PA, MO, WI, AZ
