Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead construction crews onsite, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality workmanship.
• Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to ensure the project's success.
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Manage the project schedule, ensuring all tasks are completed on time.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
• Monitor material and equipment usage, and coordinate deliveries to the site.
• Solve problems and troubleshoot issues that may arise during construction.
• Keep accurate records and pictures of daily activities, work progress, and labor hours.
• Communicate proactively and efficiently with team members and management.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in construction, with a minimum of 2 years in restaurant construction or similar projects.
• Proven experience as a construction foreman or supervisor.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and construction documents.
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
• Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
