    Company Overview: We are a leading plastic blow molding facility committed to delivering high-quality products to our clients. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team and oversee the maintenance operations with a focus on organization and job tracking.

    Position Overview: As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility by managing the maintenance team and implementing efficient maintenance strategies. Your primary responsibility will be to organize and track maintenance tasks, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and equipment upgrades, to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. You will also be responsible for coordinating with other departments to schedule maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Lead and supervise the maintenance team, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and evaluating performance.
    2. Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal performance of equipment and machinery.
    3. Coordinate with production and quality control teams to prioritize maintenance tasks and minimize disruptions to operations.
    4. Track maintenance activities using electronic systems or software to maintain accurate records of work orders, repairs, and equipment history.
    5. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential issues and implement preventive maintenance measures.
    6. Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and coordinate with external vendors or contractors for repairs as needed.
    7. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety among maintenance staff.
    8. Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and equipment and coordinate procurement as necessary.
    9. Train and mentor maintenance staff on best practices and procedures for equipment maintenance and repair.
    10. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction in maintenance operations.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant equal OTJ experience.
    • Proven experience in maintenance supervision, preferably in a manufacturing environment, with knowledge of plastic blow molding processes.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
    • Proficiency in maintenance tracking software or electronic maintenance management systems.
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
    • Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to maintenance activities.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
