- Administer crucial technology and systems for the Division's operations.
- Provide administrative support and manage various technology systems within the Division.
- Oversee the management of academic policies and procedures online form system.
- Support federal Title III Grant Activity.
- Assist in building data pipelines and ensuring workflow reliability.
- Organize and execute ongoing communication for the Division.
- Maintain accurate records in all systems.
- Implement operational processes for smooth Division functioning.
- Identify and support administrative needs within the Division.
- Provide core administrative assistance including scheduling, document management, and budget processing.
- Support students' success through divisional projects and interventions.
- Lead administrative interventions for key projects.
- Play a significant role in Division programming, events, and meetings.
- Bachelor's degree
- Prior experience in administrative roles, office management, or executive administration.
- Proactive and self-sufficient in managing operations.
- Strong initiative, resourcefulness, and creative problem-solving.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines independently.
- Great oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficient in various tech platforms including Zoom, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Suite.
- Team player mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Demonstrated sensitivity to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Strong ethics with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
