Rebates and Fees Analyst

Hybrid- must be onsite W & TH, in AH.

About the Role:

This role will be a member of the Rebates and Fees Team within
's Commercial Services Team ensuring accurate data and compliance for .

Will be responsible for performing multifaceted analyses to assess customer contract performance. Supports BSC customers by ensuring contract compliance, resolving rebate issues by partnering with internal teams.

Responsibilities Include:
" Provide oversight and insightful analysis with rebate settlement.

" Ensure timely rebate payments and customer market share communications.

" Manage the processing, settlement, payment and reporting of rebates within BSC's Revenue Management systems.

" Support and maintain databases to allow ease of reporting on KPIs to all stakeholders.

" Support principal analyst with workload requests.

" Maintain a complete understanding of contract requirements to ensure all relevant contract rebate obligations are met in a timely and accurate manner.

" Collaborate cross functionally to clarify and/or resolve questions related to agreement language, contract setup or customer requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

" Bachelor's degree with four years of work experience, in finance, accounting, sales operations, contract administration or another related field.

" Comfortable multitasking and adapting to a fast-paced environment.

" Ability to collaborate cross functionally.

" Strong written and verbal communication skills.

" Strong attention to detail.

" Proficiency with MS Office programs (with focus on Excel).

" Advanced Excel capabilities (preferred).

" Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
