Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) at MediBril
Key Duties:

Patient Monitoring: Regularly observe and record patient behavior, promptly report any changes to the medical team, and respond to any emergencies.

Medication Administration: Administer medications to patients and monitor them for side effects or reactions.

Collaboration: Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care to patients. This includes liaising with physicians, therapists, and other medical professionals.

Education & Counseling: Guide patients and their families on illness education, self-management, and health promotion. Address any concerns or queries they may have.

Documentation: Maintain accurate patient medical records and report the status of patients, ensuring that crucial information is communicated across the team.
