- Make outbound collection calls and emails
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies
- Investigate and resolve customer queries
- Maintain accurate accounts receivable customer files and records
- Process adjustments
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, mail or fax
- Backup for cash applications
- Perform other accounting duties as necessary
- 2-4 years of accounts receivable collections experience
- Solid work history
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- A positive personality and professional demeanor required
- Excellent customer service skills, internal & external customers
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Clear background and ability to pass a drug screen
