Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and professionally as they enter the service department.
• Utilize tablet technology to check in customers with appointments and obtain essential vehicle information.
• Ensure that customers are promptly escorted to their assigned service advisors.
• Retrieve and organize customer vehicles once servicing is complete, ensuring they are ready for pickup.
• Efficiently manage vehicle movement around the service lot and parking areas, maintaining a wellorganized environment.
• During peak times assist with courtesy shuttle driving. Drive customers to their homes or businesses and pick them up when their vehicles are ready, employing safe driving practices.
• Notify the service manager of any required maintenance for the shuttle vehicle, including oil changes, tires, and cleaning.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of shuttle vehicles to ensure a pleasant and safe customer experience.

Job Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Maintains a professional appearance and work ethic.
• Possesses a positive and highenergy demeanor.
• Strong ability to engage and assist customers effectively.
• Comfortable learning new technology and computer skills.
• Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record.
• Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and professional conduct
• Consistent work history, valid driver's license, and a minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
• Must pass preemployment screenings (background check and drug test)
