Description

We are looking for a technician (civil engineering) or a civil engineer (civil engineering/technical building equipment) or an architect (m/f/d) for the area of property management/construction for the department of regional development, construction, environment and culture for the municipality of Pellworm and its affiliated communities.

Tasks:

Representation of the client in connection with the renovation and maintenance of municipal buildings and technical facilities
Implementation or coordination of procurement procedures according to VOB, UVgO and possibly also VgV
Monitoring and optimization of the operation and management of municipal buildings and facilities
Implementation and further development of maintenance plans to comply with inspection and operator obligations

We expect:

Successfully completed training as a technician (civil engineering) or a successfully completed degree (in the field of civil engineering, architecture, technical building equipment or a comparable course of study)
Relevant professional experience in the implementation or support of construction projects
Social competence, teamwork skills, as well as decision-making and responsibility
Good communication skills, negotiation skills and a high level of commitment
A structured, independent and goal-oriented way of working, good IT skills (MS Office) and the willingness to work flexible hours
Class B driver's license and willingness to use own car
