What you will do

  • You will be involved in the planning, installation, maintenance, and administration of complex IT systems and networks.
  • You will learn about different operating systems, computer network techniques, and protocols.
  • You will get to know the Fraunhofer Cloud Services, including the Fraunhofer Private Cloud and various public cloud services.
  • You will analyze malfunctions and system errors, help to eliminate them, and keep the information and telecommunications technology up to date.
  • In the IT helpdesk, you will assist our employees with IT questions and problems.
  • You will work on IT projects to expand and deepen your knowledge.
