Your future responsibilities

  • Ensuring a smooth production process within your own area of responsibility
  • Technical supervision of the material preparation area and technology equipment
  • Supporting the mechanical department, with a focus on process optimization
  • Identifying and implementing improvements in terms of quality, productivity, and cost savings
  • Assisting with troubleshooting and resolving production disruptions
  • Ensuring safe operation and maintenance of equipment in accordance with relevant regulations and standards (machinery directive, VDE, EN, ISO, etc.)
  • Responsible for planning and availability of spare parts, considering cost efficiency and availability
  • Planning and implementing preventive maintenance, cleaning shutdowns, and shutdown planning in collaboration with production and mechanics
  • Supporting production and technology with special tasks
  • Documenting maintenance and repair measures, as well as workshop orders
  • Availability for on-call duty in the technology department
  • Participating in workplace safety, cleanliness, and environmental and energy programs

Your profile

  • Completed degree in engineering or completed training as a mechanical engineering technician
  • Several years of professional experience in the technology department of a production company
  • Extensive knowledge of relevant regulations and standards (machinery directive, VDE
