Duties

Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
Develop and implement efficient processes and procedures to improve warehouse operations and maximize productivity.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing department to maintain optimal stock levels.
Supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of activities and efficient workflow.
Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing OSHA regulations and conducting regular safety inspections.
Utilize AS400 or similar warehouse management system to track inventory, generate reports, and analyze data.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in warehouse management.

Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including shipping/receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs as needed.
Proficiency in using AS400 or similar warehouse management system.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to identify issues and implement solutions.
Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to warehouse operations.
Experience in ecommerce fulfillment and DG certificate is a plus.

Pay:
$ $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
