- Vendor and Supplier Relations: Maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality ingredients and supplies at competitive prices.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Enforce sanitation standards and food safety protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
- Community Engagement: Represent the restaurant in the local community and participate in events or initiatives that align with the restaurant's values and mission.
- Previous experience in restaurant management 2+ years.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and financial goals.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Passion for Middle Eastern cuisine and culture is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
