We currently have a unique opportunity for a
Vice President of Workforce Management and Employee Services to play a critical role in ensuring the effective management and delivery of HR services within the hospital.

You will oversee key areas including the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), leave of absence management, benefits administration, data analytics, workforce management, compliance, and audits.

You will work closely with the CHRO and other senior leaders to align HR functions with the hospital's strategic objectives, regulatory requirements, and commitment to exceptional patient care.


In addition, you will:


  • Oversee the administration and optimization of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to ensure accurate and efficient HR operations.
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to workforce management.
  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, retirement, and other voluntary benefits.
  • Manage/administer leave of absence programs, including FMLA, disability, and other statutory and voluntary leave policies.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR processes and records to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop/oversee HR call center and employee service programs to enhance employee satisfaction/engagement.
  • Implement and manage employee assistance programs (EAPs) and wellness initiatives.
  • Provide leadership and support to HR staff, ensuring highquality service delivery and responsiveness to employee needs.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on key HR metrics/dashboard/scorecard, compliance status, and benefits utilization to senior leadership.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the CHRO and other senior leaders on workforce management and employee services.

We require:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role and at least 3 years within a healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS, benefits administration, leave of absence management, data management, and HR compliance.
  • Proven experience in leading HR audits and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical, project management and problemsolving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Change management and/or Project management certification strongly desired.
  • Professional HR certification (i.e. SPHR, SHRM-SCP) preferred.

Pay:
$210, $250,000.00 per year
