For over 70 years, Pamarco has been a leading provider of anilox rolls to the for printing, packaging and converting industries worldwide. We are recruiting a Production Manager in our Atlanta, Georgia Plant.

Position Summary
Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Production Manager is responsible for issuing and tracking work orders, ensuring that required material is supplied to the production machine shop floor, as according to the production schedule. Acting as a liaison between the Plant Manager, Customer Service and Production Leads, this position is also responsible for scheduling all orders on the shop floor and coordinating and managing the daily direct labor production schedule. Oversee equipment productivity and maintenance. Oversea the Indirect Labor in shipping and Receiving and Maintenance dept. Coordinate plant waste management, and housekeeping.

Essential Functions

Plan and manage production schedules to ensure maximum on-time delivery of customer orders and efficient plant operation.
Review daily timecards and production reports to ensure accuracy and accountability.
Implement SOP's and work instructions for each departments job task.
Conduct monthly safety meetings as required.
Analyze sales order releases with respect to capacity planning and material requirements.
Quote shipments, contact carriers and generate bill of ladings.
Coordinate outbound deliveries and shipments (with the production schedule).
Generate and distribute daily summary reports.

Required Education and Experience

Associates degree or equivalent experience
Must have 2 - 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment and or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Microsoft F&O and Outlook

Work Environment This position works in an office and manufacturing environment.
