Leads various workforce planning projects and initiatives for the Health System

o Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.

o Applies project management methodologies throughout a project lifecycle including; analysis, design, implementation, verification as well as value measurement definition. o Establishes and executes effective and efficient communication mechanisms which enable continuous exchange of program/project status, ideas and information, project developments among team members, Executives (project sponsors) and vendor partners.

o Participates in analyst activities such as requirements analysis, resource identification, solution definition, white paper development, implementation/work plan development, design, system testing, training plans and rollout strategies.

o Creates synergy between short term and long-term forecasting efforts. Supports relevant organizational key initiatives with data and acts as a knowledge expert for workforce planning strategies.
Prepares and reviews deliverables for leadership approval as well as implements and communicates process changes and program enhancements to the appropriate leaders Collaborates closely with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, HRBPs, and IT Service Line to ensure communication and alignment of activities that span HR strategy. Support the training, consultation and development of the interpretation of data to assist the Human Resources team.
Cultivates and maintains relationships with vendor partners and internal team members o Manages problems that arise within the program team or issues with clients, and recommend mitigation Carry out special projects and workforce planning related responsibilities as assigned
Recommend program strategies to leadership after weighing in pros and cons and discussing with key stakeholders

Experience:


  • Healthcare: 3 years (required)

License/Certification:

  • Professional In Human Resources (preferred)

Ability to Commute:
