- Responsible for the care maintenance and appearance of grounds and exterior of building.
- Repairs and maintains all grounds equipment, including mowers, trimmers, edger's and other associatedequipment.
- Removes trash and debris from facility grounds.
- Maintain plants, grass, trees, shrubs and flowers.
- Assist in snow and Ice removal during inclement weather.
