Front Desk Receptionist


Duties:


  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars
  • Transcribe and type documents as needed
  • Assist with event planning and coordination
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • File, organize, and maintain records and documents
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness

Skills:


  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service abilities
  • Experience in a medical office setting is a plus
  • Proficient in transcribing and typing documents accurately
  • Knowledge of event planning principles and practices
  • Familiarity with Google Suite or similar software for scheduling and document management
  • Ability to file documents accurately and efficiently
  • Attention to detail for proofreading documents for errors or inconsistencies

Experience:

  • Spanish (required)
  • Dental office (required)
  • Computer skills (preferred)
Certifications

CRP, Osha, Hippa


Pay:
$ $22.75 per hour


Expected hours:
